This song is somewhat unconventional. Miley is saying she doesn't need her ex. She can buy HERSELF flower.

I am not so sure. When I think of all the happiest moments in my life, they've all been with people I care about. Parents, brother, wife, kids, friends, clients. I think most people are on a quest (maybe more than one) to find people to share experiences and time with.

Often real estate moves are driven by turns along the road of that quest. Maybe you got married. Maybe divorced. Maybe your kids moved out. Maybe back in. Maybe you got sick of the city. Maybe you want the quiet small town feel of the east end, where everyone knows your name.
