Ryan Tedder is singing about living in the moment, not letting time pass, and refusing to worry about the future. That time is more valuable than money.

He's got a point. Your time is valuable. More valuable than the last $10k in price. If you find yourself offering and coming up short over and over and over, looking for a "deal,' consider whether you may be prioritizing money over time.

If you like a house, if it's the right house, I can assure you whether it was the "right" decision will never turn on whether you paid $14,000 more than you could have if you dug in.
