Cesspools and Septic Tanks- Will there be poop on my floor?

Many want to limit their search to homes with sewers.  In Suffolk County, as well as many areas far from many cities, this is a real challenge.  Simply put, most houses far from the city have septic tanks or cesspools.

It can cost a few hundred bucks, but only once every few years.

Other than that, just don’t flush baby wipes or tampons down the toilet….and you’ll be fine.
